How it works: You purchase this item, we send you the mold kit so you can make your mold at home. There is a mold slip in the package that you will fill out to identify which tooth you want the diamond cap on. You send us the mold back, and we will send you a custom made, tailored fit grill specifically for your teeth. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the point of receiving your dental molds for the finished product to be shipped.
