How the custom process works:
Upon purchase a member of the Flooded Design Team will contact you within 24 hours to pick a font for your pendant. After a font is chosen we will send you a 3D computer image of the pendant, and also a 3D physical mold of the pendant. Once you approve the design we will start production which takes about 2-3 weeks.
